Charlotte Spira is a conservation science advisor and data analyst. Her role in the WILDMEAT project is to identify and conduct analyses of wild meat harvest, trade, and consumption needed to inform policy and practice, firstly across Central Africa, and then more specifically for the Sustainable Wildlife Management (SWM) Programme and its sites. Charlotte holds an MSc in Conservation Science from Imperial College London, UK, and has worked and conducted research in DRCongo, Madagascar, South Africa, Kenya, India, and France.
